Issue of Equity

Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO) announces that Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited has conditionally placed 18,484,848 new ordinary shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a subscription price of 3.3 pence per New Ordinary Share to raise £610,000 before expenses.

Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that trading will commence on or about 14 January 2014. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all aspects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. On admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 622,926,350
