Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, was informed today by Matthew O'Connor, Director, that on 12 July 2013 he bought 5,000 shares at 167.75 pence per ordinary share.
Matthew O'Connor now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 202,091 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.18% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
