The Company has been notified by Anthony Simmonds, the Chairman of the Company, that on Tuesday 26 June 2012 he purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3.50 pence each.

Following this purchase Anthony Simmonds holds 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
