Director dealings
Augean PLC, one of the UK's leading hazardous waste businesses granted options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to the Company's executive directors and certain other non main board directors on 11 June 2012. In total options over 1,534,000 Ordinary Shares were granted. Details of the option grants to the executive directors are set out in the table below:
