Augean PLC, one of the UK's market leaders in the management of hazardous waste, granted options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to the Company's executive directors and certain senior managers on 18 May 2011. In total options over 1,496,552 Ordinary Shares were granted. Details of option grants to the executive directors are set out in the table below:
