The Company has been notified that on 22 April 2021, Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Director, sold 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 217.065 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr McDowell holds 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 1.91% of the total issued share capital.
