PDMR Dealings
The Company has been notified that on 3 March 2021, Harwood Capital LLP, as investment manager to NASCIT, sold 1,500,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 230.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Harwood Capital LLP, as investment manager to NASCIT holds 25,162,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 24.91% of the total issued share capital.
