Peter, who joined us less than a year agofrom outside the waste industry is leaving by mutual consent and we wish tothank him for his efforts and wish him success for the future. Paul Blackler, who has been with the Company since inception and who iscurrently Commercial Director, will now become Chief Executive. Paul is one ofthe most experienced waste executives in our sector and is highly regardedwithin our industry.
