Results of Annual General Meeting held on 12 May 2015
Atlas Mara Limited ("Atlas Mara" or the "Company") announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on May 12, 2015, all the resolutions put to all shareholders were passed on a poll.
Resolutions 1 to 10 (inclusive) were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolution 11 was passed as a special resolution.
