NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), WS Atkins plc (the "Company") announces that it granted rights to acquire its ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each on 29 November 2010 pursuant to the terms of the Atkins Deferred Share Plan ("DSP") to the following persons discharging managerial responsibility, as set out below:
