Issue of Equity

The Company announces that various shareholders have exercised warrants to subscribe for 1,210,450 new ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 200 pence per share. The warrants are pursuant to a warrant instrument dated 9 September 2011, granted at the time of the refinancing as notified by a circular issued to shareholders of the same date.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 10 January 2014. Following the issue of the new ordinary shares the company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 12,211,163 shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
