Directorate announcement

It is with regret that the Board of AssetCo plc ("AssetCo" or the "Company") announces the sudden and untimely passing on 23 June 2016, of Executive Director, Jeff Ord, a member of the PLC Board since April 2012.

On behalf of all stakeholders we extend to his family and friends deepest sympathy at this very difficult time.

Jeff, aged 67, joined the AssetCo team in 2007 and played a key role in the establishment of the Company's United Arab Emirates (UAE) branch in 2010. Whilst day to day operations will be managed by the skilled operational team, the Company is beginning the process of seeking a successor to Jeff and will update shareholders in due course.
