NEW CONTRACT WIN VALUED AT £1.9 MILLION
Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR) is pleased to announce a major contract award for the supply of portable x-ray equipment by the Group's security division SDS Group at a value of £1.9million.
In order to adhere to strict client confidentiality requirements, Pentagon is unable to provide specific detailed contract information, apart from the fact that this contract has been awarded by a long term existing client. Also, the bulk of the equipment to be supplied under this contract is expected to be delivered by 31 March 2013.
Pentagon's Managing Director, Steve Chambers comments:
"I am happy to announce the award of this contract, the result of several months' hard work and product demonstrations on the part of the entire SDS team. This contract for our security division complements the recently announced contracts for our window film division, strengthening the financial position of the Group as a whole. The size of this contract and its contribution to profits provides us with the financial underpinning necessary to aggressively pursue additional contracts within our sales pipeline."
