New Chairman AppointedΒ
Pentagon Protection (AIM: PPR), the global specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection, is pleased to announceΒ thatΒ HaythamΒ ElZayn, a Non-Executive Director of Pentagon Protection since OctoberΒ 2005, will assume the role ofΒ Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
The new role enablesΒ Chief ExecutiveΒ Officer Alan Nicholl to focus on the day-to-dayΒ running of the Company, and to meet quoted company governance best practice by separatingΒ the two mostΒ senior Board roles.
HaythamΒ ElZayn,Β 53,Β will remain based in theΒ USA. He will continue to use his international business contacts to open doorsΒ forΒ Pentagon.
Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director LiuΒ ChunlinΒ has announced his resignation fromΒ the BoardΒ in order broaden his academic experience. He has enrolled for a doctorate which commencesΒ this autumn. Β
