Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms the following:

As at 6 September 2018, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 151,546,148 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 151,546,148. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
