Arena Leisure PLC01 September 2005 1 September 2005 Arena Leisure Plc Doncaster Racecourse - Planning Application Submitted Arena Leisure Plc ("Arena") is pleased to announce that it has today submittedan outline planning application for the redevelopment of Doncaster Racecourse. The proposals for redevelopment include a brand new state-of-the-art grandstand,exhibition and conference centre together with a superb new stables complex andaccommodation block on the racecourse site. Ian Penrose, Chief Executive of Arena Leisure Plc, said; "This is a major step towards the redevelopment and rejuvenation of DoncasterRacecourse. "We expect to be able to announce shortly the successful conclusion of our jointdevelopment agreement with Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) andfurther details will be made available at that time."
