As at the close of business month end October 31st, 2014, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 22,959,065 Ordinary Shares, of which 461,087 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 22,497,978 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
The above figure (22,497,978 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
