EBT Purchase
The Company was notified by the trustees of Arden Partners Employee Benefit Trust Limited (the "Trust") that the Trust today purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 101.5 pence per ordinary share. As a result, the holding of the Trust in the Company is 671,600 ordinary shares, representing 2.7 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
