Arden was notified that Jonathan Keeling, the Company's Chief Executive Officer (Executive Deputy Chairman, designate), today disposed of 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Jonathan Keeling has a beneficial interest in 1,490,391 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.56 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

22,704,065 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
