Director's dealing

The Company was notified on 2 February 2009 that on that day Jonathan Keeling, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 49 pence per share. Following this purchase, Jonathan Keeling holds 1,193,990 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
