Director's dealing

The Company was notified on 3 February 2009 that Tony Bartlett, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 49 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Tony Bartlett holds 857,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.47 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
