ARDEN PARTNERS PLC ('Arden Partners' or the 'Company')
Block Admission
Arden Partners announces that it has today made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 1,654,696 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (the 'New Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The application comprises a block admission in respect of New Ordinary Shares which may be allotted to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Arden Partners Share Option Scheme. The New Ordinary Shares will, on issue, rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
It is expected that admission of the New Ordinary Shares to AIM will become effective on or around 29th May 2009.
