AQUARIUS PLATINUM LIMITED 21 August 2012 Director's shareholding Amendment to Mr. Nicholas Sibley's shareholding

Aquarius Platinum Limited provide the following amendment to Mr. Sibley's directors shareholding released to the market on 16 August.

The purchase of 100,000 shares which was disclosed as an "indirect interest" has been amended to a "direct interest" of Mr. Sibley.
