Dublin, London, 10 December 2019: The Company received a notification on 9 December 2019 stating that on 6 December 2019, AXA Investment Managers was the holder of 7,159,180 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 5.93% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In its previous notification, AXA Investment Managers had a position in 8,422,676 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.98% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
