Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited - Bank Facility - Effective Date 31 March 2016

The Board of Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a supplemental agreement to amend the terms of its existing secured £15,000,000 multi-currency revolving credit facility with Lloyds Bank plc to a secured £40,000,000 four year multi-currency revolving credit facility. The facility will be available for general corporate and working capital purposes in accordance with the Company's investment policy.
