Director Share Dealings
The Company announces that it was advised that on 5 February 2014 Leonard Seelig, Chairman and Non-executive Director, acquired 41,153 ordinary shares at 56.8 pence per share, and therefore Mr and Mrs Seelig are now interested in a total of 86,975 ordinary shares, representing 0.15 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. As previously announced on 18 December 2013, Mr Seelig holds options for 300,000 shares in the Company.
