Board Change
AMTE Power Plc ("AMTE"), a leading manufacturer of battery cells for specialist markets, today announces that James Hobson, Chief Financial Officer has advised the Board of his intention to leave AMTE Power plc to take up the role of Chief Financial Officer of Clean Power Hydrogen Plc ("CPH2"). He will leave AMTE no later than the 30 November 2022 and, in the meantime, will continue to play a full and active role in the business.
The Board will now begin the formal process to appoint a successor and the Company will provide an update as and when appropriate.
David Morgan, Chairman of AMTE , commented:
