London and New York, 30 March 2010 - Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) (the "Company" or "Amphion") was advised, on 29 March 2010 that Richard Morgan, CEO of Amphion, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at 15 pence per ordinary shares on 23 March 2010 in the Company and 15,000 ordinary shares at 16 pence per ordinary share on 25 March 2010.

Accordingly, Richard Morgan is now beneficially interested in 23,792,499 ordinary shares, representing 17.967 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
