Issue of Equity

Amino Technologies Plc ("Amino") announces that under the terms of the acquisition of SJ Consulting, announced on 23 January 2006, Amino has issued and allotted 50,002 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to the vendors as part of the deferred consideration due on the first anniversary of the acquisition.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and it is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings will commence, on

16 March 2009.
