Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the global provider of media and entertainment technology solutions, announces that on 18 September 2020, Donald McGarva, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 9,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 122 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Donald McGarva and his PCA's are beneficially interested in 553,698 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
