In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 September 2017, the Company's registered capital consists of 393,131,813 ordinary shares, of which 3,158,310 are registered as treasury shares, leaving a balance of 389,973,503 shares with voting rights.
The figure of 389,973,503 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Amec Foster Wheeler plc under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
