Statement re Director/PDMR Shareholding
Amerisur Resources Plc, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on South America, was notified on 9 May 2012 that GPEV S.A., a private company in which George Woodcock has a beneficial interest, holds 776,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company, representing 0.0084% of the current issued share capital.
The shares were purchased between 23 November and 28 November 2011 at a weighted average price of US$0.2457 (approximately 15.9p based on the prevailing average £:$ exchange rate for the period).
Mr Woodcock apologises for the late notification of this holding, which was caused by an administrative oversight at GPEV S. A.
