Cluff Gold PLC12 October 2007 Cluff Gold plc ("Cluff" or the "Company") Director's Interest in Shares Cluff has received the following notification: Stancroft Trust Limited, a company controlled by Nicholas Berry (a director ofthe Company) has transferred 392,665 ordinary shares of 1p each in Cluff Goldplc ("Ordinary Shares") to Mickelway Limited, a company which is jointly ownedby Stancroft Trust Limited and by Nicholas Berry, at a price of 76.75p per share(the "Transaction"). Following the Transaction, Nicholas Berry's total holding in the Company isstill 785,613 Ordinary Shares (of which 392,665 Ordinary Shares are heldindirectly, as set out above, and the remainder are held directly by Mr Berry). Nicholas Berry's total holding represents 1.14% of the total issued OrdinaryShares in the Company and 1.14% of the total voting rights of the Company.
