Resignation of Director
The Board announces today that Mr. David Cook has resigned from his position as Finance Director and as an executive director of the Company.
Mr. Cook will be leaving to pursue other opportunities, effective 5 December 2008. Mr. Cook will not be replaced on the Board, and his operational responsibilities will be covered by Ms. Rebecca Navarednam, the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Cook for the contribution that he has made during his 9 years with the Company and to wish him well in his future career.
