Further to the announcement made on 20 February 2020, the Company announces that Mr. Kwan Cheong Ng will step down as Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Kwan Cheong Ng will become a Non-Executive Director of the Board.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Ng for his contribution as Executive Director during his tenure with the Company and to wish him the very best in his retirement.
