TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL
In accordance with the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company in issue as at 31 March 2017 was 344,920,238. Each share carries the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights is therefore 344,920,238.
The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
