Redemption of £40,000,000 Subordinated Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Notes due 2022 Issued by Aldermore Bank PLC (the "Notes") (ISIN: GB00B7W22H34)
The Company announces that notice has been given to the holders of the Notes that, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, Aldermore Bank PLC will redeem the Notes on 31 May 2017 (the "Redemption Date") at their principal amount together with accrued interest (if any) up to but excluding 31 May 2017. The consent of the Prudential Regulation Authority was obtained for the redemption.
The Notes are currently listed on the Official List of the Channel Islands Securities Exchange. An application will be made for the de-listing of the Notes on or shortly after the Redemption Date.
