Aldermore Group PLC (the "Company")
BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
Application has been made for the admission of 963,663 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares"') to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the following employee share schemes:

On issue, the Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. It is expected that admission of the Shares will be effective on 4 September 2017.
