Additional Listing Application
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 180,654 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
These shares will be issued and allotted in connection with the Aldermore Group PLC Deferred Share Plan. The shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission is expected to be effective on 17 March 2017.
At admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 344,920,238 ordinary shares. Each share carries the right to one vote, and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 344,920,238. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Aldermore Group PLC under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
