Exercise of Options

As required under DTR 3.1.2R Air Partner plc has been notified that on 21 November 2013, Phil Mathews exercised options granted under the Air Partner plc Approved and Unapproved Share Option Plan 2003. 24,250 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased at an exercise price of 313.0p from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. Mr Mathews subsequently transferred 24,250 Ordinary Shares as a gift to his wife, Mrs Deborah Mathews. On 21 November 2013, Mrs Mathews sold 24,250 Ordinary Shares at a trade price of 540.44 pence per share.

Following the above transactions, Mr Mathews now has interest in share options over 40,850 Ordinary Shares and LTIPs over 24,738 Ordinary Shares.
