Following the announcement, dated 1 August 2018 in respect of the Compulsory Partial Redemption of Shares – Rectification, the Company confirms that the current Total Voting Rights are as follows:
1,317,185 Ordinary GBP Shares 4,471,152 Ordinary USD SharesNumber of votes each Share shall be entitled to on a poll at any general meeting of the Company (applying the Weighted Voting Calculation as described in the Prospectus published by the Company on 6 November 2007):
