The following amendments have been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 1 May 2013 at 12:55 under RNS No 7551D.

Total Voting Rights and Cancellation of Treasury Shares
1 May 2013
Following the recent announcement, dated 18 April 2013, in respect of the Compulsory Partial Redemption of Shares, the Company confirms that all treasury shares (GBP 1,063,503 treasury shares and USD 2,385,107 treasury shares) have now been cancelled and the current Total Voting Rights are as follows:
·; 18,986,441 Ordinary GBP Shares
·; 18,582,290 Ordinary USD Shares
Number of votes each Share shall be entitled to on a poll at any general meeting of the Company (applying the Weighted Voting Calculation as described in the Prospectus published by the Company on 6 November 2007:
US Dollar Shares: 1.0000
Sterling Shares: 2.0288
The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company also announces that following the Compulsory Partial Redemption of Shares, the Directors have the following beneficial interests in the Company:
