29 February 2016 Share Conversion Update

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 22 March 2016 in respect of the 29 February 2016 share conversion, the Company wishes to advise of a correction to the share conversion ratio announced from 1.393600031 to 1.37103122 US Dollar shares for each Sterling share.
All other details regarding the 29 February 2016 share conversion remain unchanged.
