31 July 2013 Share Conversion Update

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 23 August 2013 in respect of the 31 July 2013 share conversions, the Company wishes to advise of a change in admission date.
Admission is now expected to occur on or around 6 September 2013 (previously 30 August 2013).
All other details regarding the 31 July 2013 share conversions are unchanged.
