1st May 2014 AGA Rangemaster Group plc Directorate Change AGA Rangemaster Group plc (the "Company"), confirms in accordance with ListingRule 9.6.11 that Paul Dermody has retired from the Board following theconclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today. Paul served as a non-executive director of the Company for ten years andchaired the Audit and Risk Committee from 2005 to 2013 and was SeniorIndependent Director from October 2010. John Coleman commented "The Board and management wish to thank Paul for hisvaluable contributions to the Group and wise counsel over the last ten years.We have very much enjoyed working with Paul and wish him every success for thefuture."
