Board Appointment

Alpha FX Group plc (AIM:AFX), a founder led, UK-based corporate and institutional foreign exchange service provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry Lisney to the Board as Chief Operating Officer (COO) with effect from today.

Henry joined Alpha in 2013 as a Portfolio Manager before quickly rising to the role of Operations Director in 2015. He became a partner in 2016 and is responsible for driving Alpha's growth and innovation strategy whilst maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all departments.

Henry is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds a first-class degree in Management and Accounting.
