Afren plc ("Afren" or the "Company") announces the appointment today of Mr Iain McLaren as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Mr McLaren takes over from Mr Toby Hayward who was appointed as Interim Chief Executive on 30th July, 2014 and who has today stepped down as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
