Director's Shareholding

The Company confirms that Shahid Ullah, Chief Operating Officer, was allotted 187,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 1 October 2009 as part of the share award granted to him on his appointment to the Board of the Company. 

Following this award, Shahid Ullah's total beneficial holding in the Company is 1,650,000 Ordinary Shares.
