Directors' Holdings

The Company was notified on 15 July 2008 that on 14 July 2008 Constantine

Ogunbiyi has purchased 180,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 7,965 Ordinary Shares were purchased at 136.5p and 172,035 Ordinary Shares were purchased at 137p.

Following this transaction Mr Ogunbiyi's holding is 205,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
