Nominated Adviser
African Potash advises that its nominated adviser, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, has given notice of its intention to resign as nominated adviser with effect from 7 December 2016. In accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies, if a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by 8 December 2016, trading in the Company's shares will be suspended; should the Company thereafter fail to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of such suspension, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled.
The Company is however pleased to announce that it is well progressed in meaningful discussions with a potential replacement nominated adviser although there can be no assurance that an appointment will be made.
